Easter Egg Hunt March 24th

Here comes Peter Cottontail!  The Village of Montgomery and the Community Christian Church are teaming up to offer a free Easter Egg Hunt and related events for children on Saturday, March 24th from 10:30 a.m. until noon.  The egg hunt will take place at Montgomery Park at the corner of Mill and River Street with more fun activities nearby at the Montgomery Village Hall, 200 N. River Street.  In case of inclement weather, the Easter Egg Hunt will take place inside the Village Hall.

The egg hunt will take place in three stages, based on age groups (ages 1-3 at 10:30 a.m., ages 4-6 at 11:00 a.m., and ages 7-10 at 11:30 a.m.).  All participants should be at the park at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time and should bring a bag or basket in which to collect eggs.   NOTE:  DUE TO THE PREDICTED SNOW, ALL EVENTS HAVE BEEN MOVED INDOORS AT THE VILLAGE HALL.

Meanwhile, the Easter Bunny will preside over fun activities at the Village Hall, including free refreshments, cookie decorating, face painting, and much more.  There also will be a great opportunity to take pictures with the Easter Bunny, so be sure to bring your camera to capture these special moments.

Make it a family day and hop on over to Montgomery!
