Village Manager’s Office

The Village Administrator oversees, coordinates and provides leadership for the professional day-to-day administration of all Village departments. The Village Administrator is the center point of communication between the Village Board, the various Village departments and the citizenry.

The staff in Administration are charged with a wide variety of duties. Department responsibilities include:

  • Handling community relations, coordination of special projects and Village Board agenda preparation
  • Providing support to various boards, commissions and committees
  • Coordinating all general communication with Village residents
  • Coordinating Village events and historic preservation efforts
  • Responding to requests for information from the public
  • Supporting the Village Clerk
