Two new apps are now available to ComEd customers allowing them to report power outages, view account summaries, and manage payments, just to name a few. ComEd now offers a mobile application for iPhone® and Android™ devices. In addition to account management and power outages, the phone app will allow customers to report a meter reading and find a location to make an in-person payment. The new Facebook application, available on ComEd’s Facebook page, allows users to report power outages and check an outage status. ComEd customers can also check an interactive outage map that “allows users to find information on the location and size of outages and get estimate power restoration times.” The map can be accessed by visiting the “How Do I” link on the Village’s home page, or by visiting ComEd's website.
