[ARCHIVED] Montgomery Fest Craft/Business Booths

If you want to sell handmade items, or provide a service for a fee (such as temporary tattoos or nail decals), or just want to advertise your non-profit organization, fill out an application to have a booth at Montgomery Fest! The reservation deadline is July 13, 2012.
The booths will be set to open at Montgomery Fest on August 11 and 12, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Montgomery Fest is held in Montgomery Park at the corner of River and Mill Street.
The fee for a handmade craft booth is $35 for both days. A craft booth is defined as the selling of goods that are made by hand by the crafter. This does not include the resale of merchandise purchased from some other source.
The fee for a commercial booth is $100 for both days. A commercial booth is defined as the resale of manufactured goods (not handmade) or services provided to the community for profit.
There is no fee for a non-profit booth, defined as an organization, school or religious organization and associated affiliates of any of the above as well as organizations that serve the community in a non-for-profit manner.
There is an extra $25 fee if a booth requires electricity and the space size of each booth is 10’ by 10’.
Printed applications are available at the Village Hall or on the Village Hall website at You will be notified in early August about your booth space location. For questions, please call (630) 896-8080 ext. 1116.
